Danville Middle School shows gratitude with donations
Students from the Danville Middle School collected 2,953 individually wrapped snacks, including granola bars, chips, beverages and much more to distribute to Geisinger employees to honor their work during the pandemic. The students spent time dividing up the items that were recently delivered to hospital middle school staff. Students also created a video message thanking the frontline workers.
“We here at Danville Middle School are so appreciative of our frontline workers, especially throughout the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Jessica Noel, Danville Middle School assistant principal. “We thank you for everything that you have done to keep our students, families and staff safe during these trying times. We hope our small act of kindness will bring a smile to your faces.”
