Danville, Pa. – Geisinger has been named to the 2023 “Best-in-State Employer” list by Forbes magazine.

This recognition was based on feedback from a survey of 70,000 U.S. employees and considered every aspect of the employee experience, such as work environment, competitiveness of compensation, opportunities for advancement and diversity. Of the thousands of companies eligible for this recognition, only a select few are awarded in each state.

“This achievement reflects our commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace, where each person’s contributions are valued and you can bring your whole self to work and thrive,” said Brion Lieberman, chief human resources officer.

“Every day, our dedicated team of health care professionals makes a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of our communities. And that inspires us to continue setting new standards in employee engagement and development,” said Julene Campion, vice president of recruitment and organizational development.
Geisinger offers benefits such as retirement programs, parental paid leave, tuition reimbursement and health insurance that starts on the first day of employment.

New jobseekers can turn to Geisinger’s Career Center for guidance on resume-building, interview coaching and one-on-one services. Free Wi-Fi and computers are available.
